Our concept uses a patented power-to-food technology whereby carbon dioxide, water and electricity is used to directly synthesize fat molecules. We use no arable land (thus no deforestation) to produce the fat, no fertilizers (causing no oxygen-deprived waters) and is carbon neutral.
